2021
My grandfather Fritz died in 2001. Twenty years later, I began to sit with this loss and the questions it quietly unspooled about my own identity. Starting from my father’s photographic archive, I sought a dialogue within the fragments of my memory. The result was the book Waldstraße—a quiet attempt to negotiate memory and loss through visual language.
